IDA Wokha Unit condemns
Wokha, April 18 (MExN): Indian Dental Association (IDA) Wokha Unit has expressed shock on “learning that yet another doctor from medical fraternity has been assaulted by police on duty.” The IDA Wokha Unit has condemned the physical assault and appealed to the authorities to take serious note and action on the personals responsible. The condemnation note was appended by Dr Meribeni Odyuo, Dr Daisy Ovung, Dr Oren Lotha, Dr Mhonthung Tungoe, Dr Chumthungo Humtsoe, Dr Renjano Jami, Members, IDA Wokha Unit.
Demise of late Rev Mhasi mourned
Dimapur, April 18 (MExN): Rev Dr VK Nuh, Chairman, Naga Archives and Research Centre, Toulozouma has condoled the demise of Rev Lhousouhie Mhasi. Remembering Rev Mhasi as “a man of God and a man with great integrity,” Rev VK Nuh said, “Rev Mhasi never compromise with untruth. He never goes against his conscience. He was humiliated and rejected many a times by his friend but never respond with revenge. He always stood against the evil as a true servant of God. He always prescribed the right of Naga political. Thus, he fought the good fight till the end.” Rev Nuh prayed for the bereaved family and for the departed “soul to rest in the arms of everlasting Father.”
