Personnel of the 173 CRPF Battalion, Airfield Dimapur sprayed disinfectants at Referral Hospital and its surrounding areas. The battalion also provided food packets at the Quarantine Centre, Chümoukedima, Lungwiram village, and Razaphe village areas.

 

The Care and Support Society Mokokchung, Grace and Mokokchung District Disable Forum, Mokokchung received rice from the Mokokchung District Administration for Person with Disabilities through the Mokokchung District Disabled Forum on April 16.

 

 

The Kohima COVID-19 Task Force led by TongpangOzukum, Minister in-charge and Dr Nicky Kire, Advisor in-charge, visited various primary health centres in Kohima district to inspect the undergoing works related to the community preparedness and response plan for COVID-19. The team, on April 15 visited PHC Kimipfuphe, PHC Jakhama and CHC Viswema where works for a 40 bedded Quarantine centre is currently being carried out. The quarantine centre is being funded from the 50% Grant in Aid given to all VDBs. The team also visited Urban Primary Health Centre, Seikhazou and finally concluded the inspection tour with a periodical review meeting of Kohima District Task Force.
