Dimapur, January 15 (MExN): The NSCN (R) on Friday extended greetings to the Yimchungrü and Kuki communities on the occasion of Tsunkamneo and Mimkut Festivals respectively.
Both these festival involve series of rituals, dancing, singing, feastings and ebullient blending of cultural exuberance, the NSCN (R) stated in a press release issued by its MIP.
“Nagas are in the threshold of peace, tranquillity and prosperity and as we venture into the era of new beginning, may the Yimchungrü and Kuki brothers and sisters continue to be the propagator of unity and brotherhood bonding amongst Nagas,” the release added.
