The job aspirants would like to draw the attention that the format of filling up the form in NSSB is very time consuming and unnecessary due to same information being asked for hundreds of time.
For example, we are asked to fill our Graduate Certificate Number and Computer Diploma Number followed by Day, Month and Year of passing for both certificates. The problem is that for each post we apply, we have to enter the information in 4 cells each time.
In my case, an arts graduate with diploma in Computer Application has to type in the same information 70 times as I am eligible to apply for 70 posts. And each post has 4 cells to enter the informations. 4×70=280 times! So where is the need to enter the same information 280 times!
And in the cells of the online portal, copy paste command does not work. So it will take about 3-5 hours of non-stop typing and entering the same information! Also what will happen if we make a mistake in one of the 280 times we are entering data? Will we be disqualified for that post?
Also there is no option of going back and editing a mistake once you save a page. Therefore we request that editing option be made available and repeated entry of the same information for each post is done away with. Because if 70 posts needs a graduate, filling the graduation information once should be enough.
