Kohima, December 30 (MExN): Security forces in a joint operation with Police apprehended an armed individual near 6 Mile, Dimapur on December 28.
According to a press release from PRO (Def) Kohima, based on specific input, security forces along with Police representative launched an operation, resulting in apprehension of the individual and recovery of one point 32 mm pistol with magazine.
The apprehended person along with the recovered items has been handed over to Chümoukedima Police Station for further investigation, it said.
