“Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping in mind the values of our culture and traditions, we would like to convey that we are indeed enjoying this festival with respect, love, positivity and prayer within our respective home in allegiance to the norms of social distancing ordered by the Government” Phom Students’ Union Kohima (PSUK) conveyed on occasion of Phom Monyu festival 2020. Monyu is one of the biggest festivals celebrated annually by the Phom Naga from April 1-6. PSUK, President Y Molo Phom expressed appreciation to the State Government as well as the denizens for the commendable cooperation being displayed in the midst of turmoil ushered in by the pandemic across the globe.
