Kohima, March 29 (MExN): The State capital Kohima today witnessed power failure since morning which adversely affected normal life, in particular commercial activities. Power was restored only at around 6: 00pm. Sources said the power failure resulted due to disruption of the main power line between Kohima and Dimapur.
