Power shutdown in Western Angami areas

Kohima, February 15 (MExN): The electricity department has informed consumers in the Western Angami areas about a total shutdown of power supply on February 16 from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

“This is being done for stringing work for Conversion of 33kV Pole structure to Lattice Ring-Main between Minister Hill to New Secretariat,” the notice read.

The establishment of the Sub Divisional Officer, Transmission Sub-Division, Kohima issued the notice on Saturday informing about the disruption. All the public in the affected areas are requested to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period.
