Quarantine music project ‘Take My Time’

Nagaland based producers Vitz Zhimo (Mozzey) and Mhaseve Tetseo(MKT) along with Tosovi Temjen Kiso (Lead Entertainment), and Yanpvuo Kikon (indihut) came together with the idea to produce a quarantine music collaboration featuring popular artists Alobo Naga, Tetseo Sisters, Big Dane, Mar Jamir from Polar Lights, Virie alongwith upcoming trending artists TK Lemtur and Temsu Clover.

It was released on April 12.

The collective worked together on a virtual collaboration for the quarantine project where each artist wrote their own original lyrics separately and recorded their individual parts using their phones, which provided creative freedom to each artist.

These parts were collected and weaved together by Mozzey and MKT in their bedrooms in Kohima into a single original track which created a combined manifestation of the collective experiences during the lockdown while putting across a message for the people to take their time, to be resilient and to stay positive.
