Sensitization training on nCOVID 19 held in Zunheboto

Zunheboto, April 27 (MExN): The 2nd phase sensitization training on nCOVID 19 for police personnel, BSF Satakha, Home guard, Church leaders and volunteer was held at Town Hall Zunheboto in three batches on April 27.


Dr Alemwabang Aier DPO (RCH & UIP) in his introduction note encouraged and motivated the participants to take special initiative. He informed the public not to panic but to take precautions seriously so that we can be safe from the virus. Dr Alemwabang briefing the participants talked about contact tracing and sample transportation, risk communication and social stigma.


Dr K Akaho Sema, Dy CMO highlighted about containment zone and dead body management. He told the participants not to panic and emphasized that prevention is the best way to prevent Coronora virus and encouraged the participants to maintain Social Distancing. 


Dr Shikatoli Achumi spoke on the active surveillance tips, rational use of PPE under different situations, donning and doffing and catering. Tokuli Wotsa, DPM (QA) shared about preventive measures and home quarantine tips, quarantine and isolation guarding tips, use of disinfectant. This was stated in a press release issued by Shekho Sophie, District Media Officer, Chief Medical Officer Office, Zunheboto.
