Dimapur, February 11 (MExN): The Dimapur Sumi Students’ Union (DSSU) has informed that it has changed the venue for the Voluntary Blood Donation Camp to Civil Hospital Dimapur from DDSC stadium. The union in a press note stated that the change would be the convenient for blood donors and for security measures.
The blood donation will start from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on February 14. It also informed that the entry for the blood donors are free subjected to the production of certificate.
Moreover, on the Indian Idol Concert on February 14, the DSSU in the note said: “Mass Valentine’s Day celebration is organised to sensitize the importance of observing youthful event in decent manner.”
Alcohol, cigarette and any kinds of intoxicants are strictly prohibited, car pass will be only for sponsors, medical team, security, fire services and organising officials (duly signed by the organiser) and all types of cameras are not allowed except for media persons who are officially invited by the organiser, it said.
