Tseminyu, April 19 (MExN): A one day workshop on compilation of U-DISE (DCF) & SDMIS (SDCF) was held on April 19 at EBRC Tseminyu. All the government schools and the private schools under Tseminyu sub-division attended the programme.
Francis Magh, ToTs who chaired the programme highlighted briefly on the introduction and objectives of Unified District Information System for Education (U-DISE) which is crucial for planning educational related programmes and assessment.
Thongsenlo Kath, Assistant District Coordinator, DMA SSA Kohima delivered keynote address on U-DISE. He impressed upon the head of institutions to furnish accurate, correct and reliable data for compilation of U-DISE, its purpose of compiling annually and citing reason for delay in compilation due to no official directives.
Cheng Kath, Area Education Officer, Tseminyu draw attention of teachers for providing holistic figures, genuine data and uniformed data to any agencies as deem fit. Rokounou, Project Assistant, DMA SSA Kohima enlightened the session as Resource Person and urged them to be cautious about the procedure and guidelines for filling up the U-DISE with revised, valuable and additional inputs.
