If I so much as speak a decibel louder than you, Does that make me less a lady? If I laugh louder than you just because I find it funnier Am I out of line? If I let my hair down and have a night out with wine and laughter, Does that make me cheap? If I am friendly and funny just because that is me Am I being forward? If I voice out my thoughts just because I have an opinion, Does that make me an activist? If I debate and try to prove a point much against your wishes, Does that make me oversmart? If I justify my speech and actions just because I believe in something, Does that make me defensive? If I choose to be ‘me’ and not ‘woman’ Just because I am built that way Does that make me a lesser creation of God? Or….am I even allowed to question?
