The 4th Fitness Festival was organized by Performing Arts for Fitness (PAWF) at NEZCC ground on November 24, in collaboration with The Lighthouse Church (Sinai Ministry), Hope Academy, Star Excellence Kindergarden, Shalom Public School and The Maple Tree School with special appearance by the Dreamz Unlimited. PAWF Nagaland formed in 2015 started a movement called ‘Fitter Nagaland’ under the initiative of Tainla Temjen and CR Temjen. Focused on health issues, the event included different activities such as Zumba, body combat, body building, HIIT, HTT etc. Trainers for the day were Temjen, Tainla Temjen and Kuku.
