Kohima, November 18 (MExN): The 5th edition of Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers Hill, Kohima (CBCMHK) men fellowship annual sports meet got underway at the Kohima Science College, Jotsoma ground on November 18. The two-day meet will feature football and 4X100 relay race among 11 teams.
The inaugural was graced by Rev Dr Kevekhalo Lasuh, Sr Pastor, Chakhesang Baptist Church, Kitsubozou.
On day one, the exhibition match between CBCMHK men fellowship executives 11 versus CBCK men fellowship executives finished with 1-1 draw. In men relay race of 4X100 mtr, Supply/PR Hill/Officers Hill Colony emerged as winner. New Ministers Hill/Aradura/Tekhouba colony & Agri & Electrical colony were adjudged as 2nd & 3rd position respectively.
In football matches, Agri Electrical Colony, Supply/PR Hill/ Officers Hill Colony, Lerie/NST/New Reserve Colony, PWD/Chandmari/Town Area Colony, AG/Tsiepfütsiepfe colony& qualify for the next round.
CBCMHK Media and Publicity Committee in a press release said that day two will witness final football match & fellowship with early dinner.
