Mon District Spiritual and Mission Awakening Revival crusade organised by Nagaland Mission Movement in collaboration with Konyak Baptist Bumeinok Bangjum (KBBB) and hosted by Konyak Baptist Church Mon Town (KBCM) commenced on March 3 at Local Ground Mon Town.

Rev. Dr Andrew Semp, Director, NMM shared the message on the first evening crusade reminding the believers of the relationship with God and fellow believers. Through his message, Semp urged the believers to love one another like the way Jesus loved us having a heart to forgive, reconcile and unite to let the spirit work within ourselves. His message ended with an altar call for the believers to walk forward with the gift of spirit that God has given.

On the second day, the morning message was shared by Rev. Dr Zelhou Keyho General Secretary, NBCC where he called upon the believers “who are thirsty and hungry for the Lord, to seek the Lord while He may be found and call on Him while He is near.” Through the altar call the speaker called upon the believers to “come before the Lord and prayed for those who are willing to surrender and commit and find rest and comfort in the Lord.”

Also there was a healing prayer for the sick after the crusade service. Believers from all sister churches of Mon Town, Konyak villages and Christians from different walk of life attended the crusade committing themselves and strengthen their faith in the Lord once again through the crusade.
