Kohima, April 2 (MExN): The Directorate of Health & Family Welfare (DHFW), Nagaland organised a farewell programme for the outgoing officers including Dr Ritu Thurr Principal Director, Dr Toshirenla Director, Dr Khrielasanuo Additional Director, Dr Lhouvizotuo Belho Jt. Director, WH Patton Additional Drug Controller and Radile, Jt Director Nursing on April 2.
A press release received here stated that the programme was chaired by Dr Akuo Sorhie Director (Health), scripture reading and prayer by Dr Vezokholu Theyo, Joint Director, special songs presented by Dahil Pfithu and Pelesa Keyho followed by citation, speech on behalf of the Department by Dr E Motsuthung Patton incoming Principal Director, DHFW and speeches from the outgoing officers.
S Tainiu Additional Secretary, H&FW, Government of Nagaland in her speech congratulated and thanked all the retiring officers for their successful and immense contribuion rendered to the Department for 35 years with full dedication and sincerity. She further wished them a happy and prosperous retired life and encouraged all to continue sharing their inputs and experiences to the department whenever needed.
The programme concluded with a benediction by Dr Tinurenla Anichari, Dy Director.
